The Candles
How long does a candle burn?
About 40–50 hours per 8 oz candle.
What kind of wax is used?
100% natural soy wax. Clean burning, no paraffin, no synthetics.
What is the wick made of?
Flat wooden wicks — they crackle softly as they burn and give a beautiful, even flame.
Are the scents natural?
We use premium fragrance oils that are phthalate-free and skin-safe.

How fast do orders ship?
We ship within 1–2 business days from our small studio. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $50.
Can I return a candle?
Unburned candles can be returned within 30 days. Just send a quick note to hello@happybynature.com and we'll take care of it.
Burning Tips
How do I get the longest burn?
Trim the wooden wick to 1/4" before each burn, and let the wax pool fully across the jar on the first burn (about 2–3 hours). This prevents tunneling.
Can I reuse the jar?
Absolutely — that's the dream. Once the candle is finished, freeze the jar for an hour and the leftover wax pops right out. Clean it with warm soapy water and you have a beautiful tinted glass tumbler.
